Meet Raegon Guest
Hi! I’m Raegon Guest and I run Anchor Wellbeing; a new start education consultancy aimed at improving wellbeing and stress management in schools. I’m also your resident ‘Gal On The Ground’!
I worked as a teacher for 16 years and feel passionately about supporting staff, children and young people and their families to improve their experience of education. I do this by working with schools to create bespoke programmes based on the individual needs of each setting.
I still keep my hand in teaching and use my experience to keep up to date with the changing trends in education, and also to stay current with the impact of policy on children. I draw from my own experiences of stress and anxiety to help others find positive ways to manage balance within their lives.
Alongside my teaching qualifications, I have gained credentials as a Relaxation Therapist and Professional Stress Management Consultant. I practice many of the techniques myself, so I know I can trust them to work for other people.
I feel truly blessed to be able to work with The Therapist Business Club, and am proud to be part of a team who believe so strongly in being heart-led and making the world better for the people we work with. It is fantastic to be able to benefit from the wealth of experience that the club brings and to contribute through my blogs.
3 things you don’t know…
Fun and odd
I have a not-so-secret love for 80’s hair rock, Iron Maiden and horror movies, but you’d probably never guess if you met me!
Time with my gorgeous son and husband, and our families. They remind me why I made the change to self employment and inspire me every day.
I’m really hot on time management, routine and organisation…which you probably would guess if you met me!
